New Rotiss product

I'm not sure where to post this.

It's a new product and I'd like to know what you think about it.

www.Ribolator.com

Looks interesting to me.

Don't see why it wouldn't work, although sounded like that motor was a workin perty hard bringin that tray a ribs back up, ain't sure how it would do with 4 trays a ribs.

Same principle as the big rigs in the smoke shops.

A friend who owns a large sheet metal business built a huge stainless trailer mounted unit like that for a customer. It was 6 ft tall & wide as the trailer

I have no idea how many pounds of meat it cooked at a time but the 10 racks were 5 ft wide & at least 1 ft front to back. It was made to use LP gas. My friend loaded it up with butts after the 1st burn in. He gave me one, I wasn't impressed, They tasted like they were cooked in an oven

Thanks, JB!

That last part about them all tasting like they were cooked in an oven did it.

I'll tell the boss man to nix the idea.
