NEW PODCAST...KCBS

A new PODCAST is listed in the podcast section. I interviewed Carolyn Wells, executive director, of the KCBS.

We will be doing a quarterly show to keep up with team standings and other items that come out of meetings and such.

If you have a question you would like to ask, please email me and I will be sure to ask her during our next show.

This is a great idea.
Glad you listened to me.

You should try to get someone from all the BBQ associations.

Maybe even do a BBQ assoc roundtable one time.

According to Carolyn, the KCBS is the premiere sanctioning body in all of competition BBQ...why would I bother doing a quarterly show with the minor leagues?!!

Well... according to me, I'm the premiere knowledge base on this board... Why would you talk to, listen, or question anyone else?
