I also thought it was interesting to hear that one of the 3 (Fast Eddy) actually foils his briskets at 170* to finish and the other 3 didn't...lots of talent on the panel...and while they were alike in some ways they were different in others!

Plus, its always funny to hear a lady talk about handling limp meat!! :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:

This was your best podcast yet. Very impressive list of panelists.

Fast Eddy was right. A lot of free information was given out that most would have to pay for. I took Fast Eddy's class last December and the information he was giving was identical to what was presented in Ponca City, Ok, except for the secret of the Miracle Whip which we are all bound by an honorary code of silence to protect its secret. :D
 
Just finished up both. Very informative. I am sure my next brisket cook will go better than the last one.
