My Concession Stand/Trailer I forgot about

What the heck have I been thinking about? I totally forgot about a great piece of equipment at my disposal. A friend who owns a storage lot offered me a FREE concession trailer if I would take it off his lot. Said it had been there like 14 years unpaid for and he lost track of who it even belonged to and if they did want it they owed $30,000+ in storage fees.

I grabbed it up this spring and got it cleaned out but it needs the water system built back into it. It must have been a breakfast stand and coffee place permanently set somewhere cus it was hard wired electric and had city plumbing hooked to it.

Here it is opened up. All the lights work perfect. The ones at the top blink. Very cool.

Over each window inside is a fan/air curtain to keep bugs out. Has screens and sliding glass all intact.

I took the A/C unit off cus it was 220v. With some cleaning and my graphic girlfriend she will look great.

That refrig works and that's an open top for condiments too.

Yup, she's got 3 zinks!

After I get through this weekend I'll get back to finishing her up now that I gots some cashflow. The plan will be to set her up quazi-permenant and do roadside sales during the week and cater on weekends. I've been so blessed to be busy catering I forgot about this but I'll need it to get through the winter.

How cool is that for Free?

Thoughst? Suggestions?

We all call it the funnelcake stand.
lol
It's a 1986 and has been in storage put away clean in about 1992 I think.

It's cleaning up nice and only damage was the wall the cut into to add that A/C unit.

I'll light it up and get some night footage of it to show ya'll. It's very cool.

Nice! That last thing I got free was a cat (thanks to my daughter), so forgive me if I'm a little bit envious.

No way, nothing but respect. I learned something new. I saw SS do it and that is using mustard before the rub and not rubbing it. Different but doable.

I am cooking a small loin Saturday with Wolfes Bold and may try out the mustard with it. Also recently noticing apple juice in vinegar based bbq sauce, another excellent idea.

Hope your function Sunday goes well. Look forward to more videos and pictures.

Take care.
Bryan
