Dude
Crab is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, crab creole, crab gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's crab and corn soup, crab stew, crab salad, crab burger, softshell crab sandwich, crab au gratin, crab etouffee, stuffed crab, crab stuffed shrimp, fried crab fingers and boild crab
That- that's about it.

As Forest would say

We had lump crab meat in our gumbo, Fresh blue crab meat too. They sell it here in cajun seafood section fresh peeled. Sometimes we add the whole claws in the pot, But then you gotta crack em & dig out the meat. When I'm hungry I don't feel like doing no more prep work. Food goes Straight in me belly.

SS a cajun will eat that bad boy like Kenneth said.
