Midwestern Fried Chicken, mashed taters and sauteed zucs

Dredged chicken in seasoned flour (salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and chile powder).

Fried in an electric skillet @ 350*

Sauteed zucs in butter with parmesean cheese and bacon bits.

Almost eatin' time!

The plated pic.

One of my favorite things about this meal is the left overs. I ate fried chicken for lunch through Wednesday last week.

Re: Midwestern Fried Chicken, mashed taters and sauteed zucs

Do look mighty yummy. Had some fried chicken strips for lunch. De Ja Vue huh? This place also sells whole pieces of chicken but I have about decided that stuff is too messy to eat in public. I just grabs the slabs. The Warden does an outta this world skinless version. It not as good as my Mama made but close.
