Man. it's crazy. I can't keep up with all the lemons falling off the tree. I have carpet grass and they fall in there and hide. I feel like a little kid searching for Easter eggs picking them up. Here's about 1/10 of them... Lemonaid time yall!!!

I have done the lemoncello. It is good stuff. I have also done grapefruit with good success. I did something called Apple Pie that was good too. I would like to do lime, but never can get enough fresh limes in my area. IU try to do my stuff with local grown, unwaxed stuff. I have done stuff with waxed stuff and just scrub it good and use it.

I tried to peel a few of these little lemons and it's too hard to do so i am going to buy some giant ones to get the skin off for Limoncello

SS have a giant seafood boil, you just cut the lemons in 1/2 & chunk em in the pot.

A bussel of lemons would do about 2000 or 3000lbs of crawfish
