Meacham Farms Bacon

This months bacon from my bacon of the month club was from Meacham Farms of Kentucky. I've gotta say that so far, this has been the best bacon Ive ever had. It litterly mellted in my mouth and had a nice flavor. Not to salty or smokey, just a perfect balance.
