It's my fault. I got tired of that furry bastard stealing the sunflower seeds out of my bird feeder, and filled it with vitamin pills.

Tree rats aren't protected in Texas? I'd think they would be since the general lack of trees makes for reduced habitat

I grilled one once for me and my sister. Told her it was chicken. While looking at it on the weber kettle, she remarked that it was a funny looking chicken. I said it was a "mark down" at the market and not to worry about it. After dinner, I came clean with what it was. 20 minutes later she came out of the bathroom, evidently saying prays to oroc, the porcelin god Took her nearly a year to get over that one
