Just thought I'd share with you guys some fish I caught on my last fishing trip down to the coast this year  Now its hunting time! God bless and I'll post pics of when I grill up some of this black drum and trout! Never tried black drum before but im sure it'll be good. It was a huge fillet and a pain in the a$$ to filet!

Nice fishes!!!

Marinate the drum in Zesty Italian dressing for an hour or so, then salt and pepper and grill it! Good Eats!

Fishin and BBQ. Nothin better...except for the other thing. Lots of fresh water Drum north of the border in Northern Ontario. I've heard them called Sheeps Head, but never ate one. Some say the're greasy and rubbery. Not sure how they cooked them though.

Neva had the pleasure of a salt water drum but have ate many fresh water specimines and found them real tasty. Good job. Them hillbilly peckerwoods from the Southern geography calls em Gasper Goo's I think. Now why? I aint got a clue. They also call Mud Hens Di Dippers.
