Every year at Christmas I bake cheesecakes for friends & family.
yesterday was the day for baking-did 24 cheesecakes and 48 smaller tart pan cakes.
6 different types of cheesecake--pan tarts are fruit topped.
I'm tired #-o but they are great gifts and taste good too

You have a recipe you'd like to share? Finney is at my house, he said to send his to my address.

Chris- I must have lost it :^o
but I would gladly sent you the recipes--I have over 50 different ones :)

Bobberger--no I didn't smoke any yesterday--but I have cooked them in the smoker. reg cheesecakes aren't good that way--but-- an Italian one made with Ricotta cheese works great.
When I finish smoking the meat and put it to rest I let the temp go up to 300 then put the cheese cake in smoker -takes about an hour to bake. I use 1 chunk of apple for smoke. =P~
