Yeah yeah, I didn't feel like dealing with the weather last night so I decided to cook this inside. I seared it plain (no rub) for 1 minute on each side, then heavily coated both sides with Wolfe Rub Bold and finished in the oven at 350* until internal temp hit 140*. Rested and sliced, turned out excellent!

 
Very nice bad weather grub there Mr. Wolfe :D

Were those Larry's magic beans? :shock:

My soon to be 5 year old daughter "Cathryn" gave everyone 2 Jelly Beans each and told us they were dessert but we had to eat all of our dinner first!
 
nice..theres no shame in oven cooked food..as long as you dont make a habit of it..I hear it causes cancer !!
