Little help please

I saw on the food network, cant remember which show (BTGG drinks too much and forgets things), that someone took Jalapeno's and made a pepper sauce. I believe that they used red Japs and cooked them down in water then added vinager and spices. Anyone know what I am talking about and where I can find the recipie. I have some Japs from my garden that I would love to make some sauce out of. Thanks for any help.

Ham on the Street just did a show on peppers and he made his own hot sauce....
So, I was talking to the guys online and... $$$

I'd rather be a bbq wife than a golf widow... he's home on weekends and I eat well.

I'd roast the jalps first, removing the peel.
