Is it lemon pepper and garlic with olive oil to fry it in? It really sounds delicious.

Season to taste then brown in olive oil and garlic. Add fresh lemon juice, cover, and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Remove cover and cook liquid down Very easy and very tasty. Yep, I do go through some chicken.
