A nice healthy dinner. Start a couple of chicken breasts frying in olive oil with chopped garlic.
When browned add fresh lemon juice with more chopped garlic.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Uncover and cook liquid down.
Add a little water to make some redeye gravy.
Plate it, add a Caesar salad, and enjoy.
