i wanted some ribs, but it's only me, so i fired up the smoker and only cooked a half rack....oh, i wanted some kielbasa too, so i put a 3" piece in there..... :roll:
if 1 portion of ribs was 3 racks, there wouldn't be a problem....
sometimes you end up with leftovers, sometimes you don't....just the way it goes....hopefully it's something that tastes good, although if it doesn't, you can always pitch it and then there's no leftovers!
