leftover prime rib idea

Still no pictures but what I cooked was real good. Shaved off some fat from the steak and sauteed some onion and shrooms in the fat. Cut the steak length wise and slced it purty thin and put in with the veggies. Added some Marsalla wine and reduced a little. Then added some leftover tiger dill sauce and heated it all good. DAMN Good Eats!
