Left over Prime Rib

I forgot I did this with some of the leftover Prime Rib after Christmas. Prime wrapped aspargus bleu cheese stuffed. it was all good! sorry if pics are fuzzy.

Bacon Wrapped bleu cheese stuffed!!! hell ya!





This one was bacon wrapped mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

and then a family of 4 eats only 3lbs. of goodness. Which leaves 3lbs to do the leftovers sliced thin.
