I found myself in the fortunate position of having to find something to do with about .7 lbs of shucked left over king crab. So I made some of Larry's hot crab dip. That's a great recipe. I added a little Tabasco and woosty sauce. The dip on toast went great with some Chimay beer.

Before oven pic. This was put together from leftovers and I had no bell pepper. The red is crab.

Out of the oven pic.

Looks great Griff!! I was over on the Eastern Shore yesterday visiting my father. Had you posted before I would have picked up some fresh crabmeat while I was over there and made that today!!

Griff,
Now a Saint of Q!
Great looking groceries :D Did you get the crab at the beach or at the store?

Neither, my bro-in-law is a commercial fisherman. He quit crab fishing a few years ago but a lot of the Bering Sea boats deliver in the small town where he lives. He brought me some of the first king crab of this year's season.
