Larry's gumbo..

Made up a batch of Larry's gumbo for dinner last night. It came good but it was also a learning expierience. Im excited to make another batch with a few changes from my first attempt..

Re: Larry's gumbo..

Well I can already see one big difference. JP used the small cheap shrimp whereas Larry used the giant shrimp commonly only available in 5 star restaurants. I'm aghast. Lotta pinche cavoerones which inhabit this place Looks excellent.

Re: Larry's gumbo..

I see nothing wrong with the gumbo. Fine job. Once you make all the changes, let us know what the JP recipe is.
