Hey, Larry:

Ready for another wood/charcoal grate? Figured you ain't stopped cooking since you got the pit. :) Just fired mine up and getting ready to put on: brisket, ribs, chicken. Practicing for the County Fair Cookoff coming up in two weeks.

Have a great weekend. Ritch

Ritch,
No kidding!! I cooked ALL day yesterday!! LuLu worked like a charm!! Getting ready to go clean her up and get her ready for next weekend. My wife wants me to do some turkey breasts next weekend! On average about how long do the charcoal/wood grates last? I know alot prolly depends on how much cooking and maintenance, I just wanna know when to expect to order a new one.

Larry,

Turkey on "LULU" next weekend? :)
I think I know why she was late arriving!
She must have come from Canada, It's Thanksgiving for us
next weekend.

I'm going to do a 23lb turkey on my Gasser on Saturday
Unless you want to ship "LULU" to me for the weekend! #-o
Cheers

LOL!! Not a chance Steve!!! She's all mine! Now, if you wanna make the trek down to Virginia, I'd be happy to cook the turkey for you!!
