KCBS Judging Classes

I went to the class in St. Louis on the 28th and got certified as a KCBS BBQ Judge. I had a great time and met some good people from some forums. If you are going to compete in KCBS comps, I would suggest that you take the class. Even after smokin' for 20 years, I did learn some things that will help at competitions.
Well worth the time and effort to go and Ed R., the presenter was GREAT.
Just my opinion.
