Well Cappy that question is about as complicated as adding some flour..grease..heat and a spoon:) Now know some old Corpus amigos who like to eat possum (tiaquatches in the Tex Mex vernacular) roasted over the charcoal grill at the roadside park. Now if somebody wanted to "pot" some think it behoove them to handle it just like the old black widder lady spalined it as we was fishing along the creek bank and pertains to Canning Carp. I figger they are purty related animuls in the scientifcal latin genus and phylum charts. At any rate you will need to start out with borrowing a pressure canner and a dead possum. Sure either somebody's granny or Pigs let you borrow one or the other maybe both. Who knows? Kindly keeps us posted.
