My brother works for Sara Lee as a salesman in their meat department. He dropped off a sample pack of Emeril's chicken and apple sausage. I grilled it up this weekend and they were great! Has anyone else tried these or any of the other types of Emeril's sausages?

I tried the one with green chile and habanero. I thought they were pretty godd, just the right amount of heat to get your mouth fizzlin' but not enough to crush ya with overpowering heat. I don't think the people out there with tender tongues would appreciate them though....
