Ahhh.... Saturday morning! Perhaps the best day of the weekend. Well, at least today for me it's not. I have to go in to do some work due Monday morning and I don't want to go in toworrow. So, not wanting to leave for lunch I decided to make a little breakfast that will hold me over for most of the day. ;D Oh, my wife decided she wanted breakfast too because she had a bunch of running to do today herself.
I decided to start with making some cheesy grits and of course well, when you got fresh eggs, why not use 'em huh?

I just love how photogenic eggs can be!

Okay, so you add some 12 grain toast, fried ham and fresh pear slices you end up with this.

I saw the title of the thread and knew/hoped it was a Traeg! Good stuff. By the way Traeg, here in MN we went over 110 days from last fall to this spring where the temperature was not above 50 degrees. Have a blood orange screwdriver for me!

dledmo, Thanks!!!
I'll be posting a picture just for you later.
Well, I was going to post some pics later anyway but you'll know which one was just for you after that Blood Orange comment.

It might be under the thread Fresh Ground Burgers.
