Jucy Lucy Wrap

The wife wanted burgers and after seeing ScotyDaQ's "Jucy Lucy" post I had to give it a try. I've stuffed burgers with japs before, but never really thought about cheese.

Grilling was out of the question due to the weather,

so I had to fry them. The good thing, I like burgers fried or grilled! We find oursevles wasting hamburger buns and since we had some tortilla shells in the fridge I thought we could make due. Beings that we have our hands full with our 8 month old, meals are now kept pretty simple most of the time, but simple can be tasty too! I decided to put a couple of sliced mushrooms inside as well! The meal was delicious! Thanks ScotyDaQ!
