I tried to write everything down but something is missing.. I can make the kbobs ok, but I want the side dish recipe if you still have it.....

Hey Sapo... you wouldn't be trying to put together a list of recipes
from everyones stash's for the requirements to the food channels

Style Clam Chowder recipe!!!! I wonder
if JB, would know how to make Clam Chowder? :shock:
 
Step #1. be sure to soak your clams in cornmeal and beer for
at least 6 hours before using....they eat the cornmeal and it
helps clean the sand from in the bellies and the beer just adds
to thier flavor

Absolutely serious.....makes a world of difference.

I don't know about you, but I hate eating a sandy clam belly

and don't forget to throw away the ones that DON'T open
when cooked....DO NOT eat them

I heard if you soak them in water with some flour in it, it'll achieve the same result. They'll drink in the flour, hate it, and purge themselves.
