JB 007 Inspired Pizza

I haven't made home made pizza in a very long time. After watching the video the other day by 007 I got inspired. I made the dough yesterday and the pizza tonight. One cheese, two with sausage, pepperoni, and onions. I forgot about the mess.

I had the wood pizza peel, the metal pizza peel, the stone in the oven (it stays in the oven for years now), and the pizza pan with holes. I still haven't perfected the crust. I didn't know about docking (not sure of the spelling) the crust. I forked the first crust but forget the second and third one. The last pizza wouldn't come off the wood pizza peel. Some of the sausage and the corn meal got on the stone and really smoked up the kitchen.

cleglue, I will post the recipe Tthat I use shortly I am editing my newest movie rite now Don't use corn meal it smokes too much use simolina flour on your peel & reaply for every pizza.
Pizzas look good, if I could see the how the bottom came out I could offer more addvice
