Introducing....the McWolfe

Well not exactly....My daughter woke up this morning and wanted to go to McDonalds for a McGriddle. Well it's pouring down rain and cold so I improvised. I have been known to make some strange concoctions and she's always more than willing to try whatever 'Daddy' makes. So I toasted a cinnamon raisin bagel, spread on the cream cheese, fried 2 eggs and 2 slices of deli ham. This child woofed this sandwich down like she hadn't eaten in a week and said 'eating this sandwich is my favorite sport'! That made my day! Aren't kids great?

BTW, I took a little bite for quality assurance and it was surprisingly good! Better than a greasy McGriddle from McD's and it saved money!!

Yum! That looks great. I add a slice of tomato on mine. Give that a shot sometime.

That looks good. Nice creative thinking!

Anything is better than what is touted as being FOOD at McD's. Just the smell of that place turns my stomach . . .
