?

Cool? Um no. To be honest I was actually a bit flustered at this point because I was falling way behind on my schedule. They had asked for an interview earlier but I was too busy so I ended up telling them to just come into the tent while I did prep.

They were some of the nicest people though. I was impressed with them all.

Very impressive, and I think you kept your cool pretty well in the face of somebody interviewing you while you were so busy.

Not only that, but you managed to get in plugs for two forums and one bbq cooking class! That's grace under fire, in my opinion. [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]

IN all honesty there is a lady by the name of Adrienne on the Smokin in the Igloo team. She has probably forgotten more than I have learned. (And She was also gracious enough to help me with lettuce at an earlier event this year I am still grateful for that) They make a wicked good brisket.

Then there are the ladies: Shannon on the swines and bovines team and the ladies on the Dizzy Pig team and BBQ effect I just happen to get interviewed more.

So no I am not the Queen.

I am just another Chick in the Pit
