I read about before but beer is my choice of poison, Now cooking with wine is different, I keep some just for cooking

I like certain ice wines if they are paired properly with a dessert also they make a sparkling wine in the Niagara region with a bas of ice wine that I love too!! I think it is from Inniskilin.

You can up the alcohol content of beer by freezing it an scooping out the water crystals. :P The water freezes at a lower temp than alcohol.
