I tried my hand at Chile Poblano (Rellenos) this afternoon.

I have made them before (once or twice) but did know how to do the batter.

Sufinsapo explains how to do it. I viewed Surfinsapo’s video a long time ago and have wanted to try his recipe. Thanks Surfinsapo.

Next time I need to char the chilies longer…they were kind of crunchy. I also set off the smoke detector while frying the third one. Otherwise all came out well.

Guess I been a gringo too long..aint never bumped into a chile rellenio deal which really lit my fire. Now if I was to try some of Sapo's sure I change my mind on that deal. Still waiting on his enchilada recipe..which I notice is still conspiculously absent from the recipe section. Whut is up here? Thanks.
