I have done that before many times, and I have to agree that it is a good method. Sometimes I will get a big ole London Broil and marinate for like 48 hours and throw it on the grill, that is really good too.

For those of us that's too poor to use that Kosher brand, the plain old store brand of Salt works good also.

Good method, I've done it a lot. The only thing I do different is I add the pepper after I flip that bad boy.
