How to make "Pico de Gallo".. S.S. Style

Ok Yall. I made "Pico de Gallo" aka Beak of the Roster"..Or Hot Chile Sauce"..All I did was 1. Choped up fresh tomatos 2. Chopped up 1/2 of a big yellow onion 3. crushed fresh wild peppers from my yard 4.Added Cilantro gell 5. Mixed all up and put some lime juice and salt in. 6. Chilled inthe fridge. 7.Took next door and ate it with the neighbors as we watched preseason football. Make is sometimes.. you can use serranos or jalepenos too.

Good job! That's cool with the Mocking birds pooping seeds. We don't have those birds where I live, so I guess I have to poop the seeds to get pepper plants. The wife isn't going to like this one. LOL

Yep that's some good eating right there. You can also add some chopped Mango for a different twist on that.

The pepers are "chile Pequin" the one's that grow wild under mesquite trees. The Cilantro gell is from:http://www.gourmetgarden.com/us/index.php

I'm sure you'd have no problem finding the heat of them peppers if you make that a day ahead and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Looked good!
