What culinary instatue did you attend, how long ya been a PC & where do ya work?
 
Dang now will have to testify I done graduated from that institute. My Mama is up cooking beans..cornbread and soft fried tates for Jesus. Or shoot..He may be cooking them for her. Who knows? :D
Now do highly admire them who cooks for a living. Know enough about it to know it mighty stressful and long hours of standing on the feets bending over a hot cooking apparatus. Them who does it well is a blessing indeed. Hat's off ya..and drinking a toast as we speak.

No formal training, exactly. I talked my way into a job at Chez Panisse in '72, worked prep for a few months, then the line for a year.
