What culinary instatue did you attend, how long ya been a PC & where do ya work?

Dang now will have to testify I done graduated from that institute. My Mama is up cooking beans..cornbread and soft fried tates for Jesus. Or shoot..He may be cooking them for her. Who knows?
Now do highly admire them who cooks for a living. Know enough about it to know it mighty stressful and long hours of standing on the feets bending over a hot cooking apparatus. Them who does it well is a blessing indeed. Hat's off ya..and drinking a toast as we speak.

No formal training, exactly. I talked my way into a job at Chez Panisse in '72, worked prep for a few months, then the line for a year.
