House with a View is Sold

We just got the call that the closing is complete. \/ Gonna miss that view though... :badgrin:

We moved about a mile up river and live a bit further in now. Can still see the river but NOTHING like that place. Didn't HAVE to let it
go ~ Deb decided that after her dad died last June that she's like to live in the house she grew up in so here we are. We're on a dead-end
street which makes it much safer for the kids especially since we couldn't get Erie County to do anything about the high speed traffic in
front of the old place (30 mph limit). All in all, we're happy here.
