Hot Dogs and Pepperoni Rolls

Check out my blog post for hot dogs http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com ,then click on the pepperoni roll link. They are easy to make at home and very good, especially right out of the oven. Can easily be made from frozen bread dough. Check out the first external link (Heffner) on the Wikipedia site for more info.

I've made pepperoni rolls a few times at home. I made them with a soft roll recipe I believe was posted on this site.....

I blogged about them a while back.

They look good and I prefer stick pepperoni to sliced or chunked. We usually use three sticks arranged to get meat in every bread bite.
