40 days later and it's done.Could probably have sat another 40 but I wanted to get it put up before Christmas. Tasted and smelled great! Way salty so I'll have to rinse it before cooking.
Definitely different from store bought.
I'm going to start another batch after X Mas. :mrgreen:

Canned most of it and saved some fresh for X mas. :oops:

I think on the next batch I'll add a little something for more flavor.
