Had a bunch of japs in the freezer so I figured I would smoke them.

You go Bill..the last batch I did took close to 24 hrs..watch the temp or they will burn up on ya...

Took 10 hours but the heat was up a little. I put them in my coffee grinder and made chipolte powder out of it. I'll bring some up in September for you Dave. Its got good flavor and heat.
