Re: Home made Chile Rellenos

I have kids running in the door and will have to watch the vids later. I know how they will end though, with me being hungry.

Re: Home made Chile Rellenos

Hey Sapo, another excellent production. Those rellenos look pretty easy to do. By they way, what's happened to JB. I haven't seen anything from him since that dirty bird pooped on his head.

Anyway, keep them coming.

Great video and!!!. Chili rellenos is one of my wife's favorite dishes but never made them before. I'll have to try making a batch now after seeing your video. Thanks.

Re: Home made Chile Rellenos

FInally had some time to check out the Chili Rellenos, very nice. I need to use a knife next time I roast pablano's. I usually use my fingers and have a hard time with it. They have thinner skins than red bells.
