Holiday Weekend Workout

Well, the new Klose is going to get seriously baptized this Memorial Day weekend. I am taking her up to a friend's campground for a 3 day cooking marathon. We are cooking a case of spares and 6 whole chickens(beer can) on Saturday, whole case of butts and 2 briskets on Sunday and whatever else we can come up with for the remainder. I hope to have some liver function left as well but I doubt it. I will have some food porn and will post it Monday evening.
