Roy, I would recommend either a Party Gator, or, a Klose 20 x 36" heavy duty pit if you are going to go with an off-set pit. If you intend to stay with the water smoker/ bullet style, then the WSM is the logical choice. The former two will run you in the $1200-1500 -delivered range. The latter will be in the $200 range. I would stay away from the cheaper off-sets. Glad you are here. Woodrow
