Thanks everyone. Got a 13 lb chuck that is about an hour away from done, then gonna do a couple of chickens. My wife planned the menu for my birthday festiviities...and said "you want me to cook it ???? I dont think it will be as good in the reactor" but , there is a new bottle of 15 yr old scotch for later
