At my house we call that... "Slop"
Mostly served over farmer noodles tho, sometimes rice, sometimes toast...

I think I have all those things in the fridge or freezer that need used up and it looks good enough to eat.

If a person added a few noodles and served the veggies on the side that could pass for goulash at my house. Now green beans do not count for beans so it would also require real beans..aka Pintos also on the side. Or a person could add the beans to the meat and serve all the other stuff on the side. That is goulash for S. Texas folks and called chili by yankees from up near Amarillo.
