Gyros

I made gyros the other day. I basically followed a cross between the CI version and the one on serious eats. I was skeptical but it was pretty good (cooked some marinated sirlion just in case though). Next time I'll do a grilled version. Pic was taken during assembly, should have red onions and more tomato.

I think Pringles initial intention was to make tennis balls, but on the day the rubber was supposed to arrive a big truck full of potatoes showed up, but Pringles is a laid back company, they said "What the hell, cut 'em up."

Good looking Gyro. It's kind of like a Greek Fajita I guess. Is that creamy sauce a yoghurt tsatsiki sauce?
