Chicken & sausage gumbo is served at many mom & pop joints down here due to the cost.
Most high priced tourist trap seafood restaurants give you a costly choice. Crab & shrimp cost way mow than chicken & sausage.
I like em both but seafood WITH sausage is the bomb
