Guests We'd Like To See On The Barebecue Central Radio Show

I thought it might be fun if we could start a list of guests we'd like to see on the Radio Show. Here's my partial list

1. Myron Mixon - Greg and Myron could have a spirited debate on charcoal lighting fluid. Myron is a big advocate of its use to start his fires

2. Mike Mills - Author of Peace, Love, and Barbecue and three time Grand Champion of Memphis In May

3. Bobby Flay - Chris Finney and Greg could challenge Bobby to a Sear Down!

4. Paul Kirk

5. Roger Davidson - pitmaker formerly of Oklahoma Joes, now owner and president of Horizon Smokers

6. Bart Clarke - BBQ Champion (Twin Oaks Smoking Crew and Boys From Tornado Alley)

7. Johnny Trigg - BBQ Champion

8. Rod Gray - Pellet Envy and BBQ Champion

9. Tuffy Stone of Cool Smoke - 2007 KCBS Team of The Year

10. Jeff Stehney - Barbecue Champion (Slaughterhouse Five) and owner of Oaklahoma Joes BBQ

11. Guy Fieri - Host of Diners, Drive Inns and Dives and member of Motley Que competition team

12. Alton Brown - Host of Good Eats and Iron Chef America

13. Rachel Ray - BBQ Central Pinup Girl!

This is just a quick list for starters Greg! - Great job on the show to date!

We tried to Alton Brown to speak at our BMW motorcycle club meeting one year. He charges a large amount of money to make an appearance.
