Greasy food for JBCK... Tripa fritas

The first batch is cooked in a "discada" South Texas style. The second batch is cooked in a "Jamabalaya Crackling Pot" Cajun Style....

Yuck I'll cracklins But I eatin no hog casing unless its stuffed with boudin. Even then I suck the filling out the casing & trow it away
