Good Luck Game Day Eats

Thanks to ScottyDaQ and Captain Morgan I'm up to speed on collard greens and blackeyed peas. So to hopefully bring the Colt and Viking good luck I made a batch of Hoppin' John, collard greens and skillet cornbread... I'm hoping it will work, but even if not, it is great. Thanks guys I love this stuff.

Sorry Nick, but that stuff works Really would have been fun to have the Jets and the Viking in the SB, the rookie and the veteran.

Love skillet cornbread. I've been making it about twice a week. It fits in with so many dishes and it's pretty quick and full proof to make.

To bad about the Vikings. I was rooting for Brett, mainly. X-Cheese Head. My wife is from Milwaukee and we still have family there. They don't seem to be rooting for Brett though!
